Adventure Bound Tall Pines is a family camping resort nestled in the New Jersey Pine Barrens near Elmer, NJ. Located about an hour south of Philadelphia and 45 minutes from the Jersey Shore, our resort provides the perfect escape for families looking to enjoy the great outdoors together. With over 300 campsites, six types of cabin and RV rentals, and an incredible lineup of water attractions and activities, Tall Pines is southern New Jersey's premier family camping destination.
Whether you are arriving with your own RV, pitching a tent, or staying in one of our cozy cabins, you will find a welcoming community of families enjoying quality time in a beautiful, wooded setting.
Accommodations for Every Style
Tall Pines offers more accommodation types than any other Adventure Bound resort. Our Lodge Cabins are a guest favorite, sleeping up to 8 with a wood-burning fireplace, a carpeted loft with staircase, a screen porch, and a full kitchen. Deluxe Cabins sleep 6 with a queen bed, futon, bunk beds, a full kitchen, and walk-in shower. For those who want the RV experience without bringing their own, our Premium RV Rentals sleep 6 and Prime RV Rentals sleep 4, both with full kitchens and all the comforts of home.
Large Efficiency Cabins offer a cottage-style kitchen and sleep 4, while our Rustic Cabins are a budget-friendly option with two double beds, a microwave, and air conditioning. Campers can choose from premium full hookup sites with cable, water/electric/sewer sites, water/electric sites, and tent camping sites throughout the wooded campground.

Tall Pines is known for its water attractions. Our splash park is a hit with kids of all ages, featuring interactive spray elements and water jets. The swimming pool offers a place to cool off and relax, while our inflatable water slides add an extra splash of excitement to summer days. With three distinct water features, there is always a way to beat the heat at Tall Pines.
Beyond the water, families enjoy the Adventure Bound Express Train, mini-golf, a jump pad, GaGa ball, pedal carts, playgrounds, and more. Throughout the season, themed weekends and special events bring the campground together for unforgettable experiences, including our popular four-weekend Halloween celebration with haunted trails, trick-or-treating, and costume contests.

Tall Pines is ideally located in Salem County, providing easy access to attractions throughout southern New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia region. The Jersey Shore beaches are about 45 minutes away, making a beach day trip easy during your camping stay. Philadelphia's historic sites, restaurants, and cultural attractions are about an hour north.
Closer to home, the charming towns of Elmer and Pittsgrove offer local dining and small-town charm. The surrounding Pine Barrens provide a beautiful natural backdrop for hiking, wildlife viewing, and star gazing far from city lights.
