What is the cancellation policy?: Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. If you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, you receive a cash refund less a $25 cancellation fee, or a full refund as resort credit. Cancellations by 6 PM at least 14 days before arrival receive resort credit. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are forfeited. No credits or refunds are given due to weather.
